The Firm has broad experience in financial structures for industry-related transactions, concession agreements, construction and engineering contracts concerning water dam and power plant projects. The Firm also has experience in joint venture agreements. This experience also covers matters related to compliance with federal and provincial regulations.

Downstream. The Firm represents one of the most important oil companies in the world during the start-up of its subsidiary in the Republic of Argentina, having established its distribution system in the country.

ESTUDIO BUNGE- Bunge, Smith & Luchía Puig has worked with the Canadian Energy Research Institute (CERI) on a study of the Latin American Gas and Oil markets, drafting chapters related to the legal and regulatory aspects of oil law in two volumes published in 1995 and 1996.
