The Firm is actively practicing in Real Estate Development and Real Estate Development Finance, new areas of law practice in the Republic of Argentina as a result of the globalization and deregulation of the Argentine economy.

In this regard besides representing several Country Clubs, Golf Clubs and Gated Communities, we currently counsel and represent the most important Real Estate project in Argentina with 1,600 hectares, located at Benavidez, Municipality of Tigre, 30 minutes from the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, which poses a myriad of very complex legal and institutional regulatory and transactional issues.
