Nicolás provides comprehensive advice to national and international companies on corporate, contractual, and domestic and international business matters, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He represents clients in complex lawsuits and arbitrations at both national and international levels.  He also acts as an advisor to insurance companies on surety insurance in the areas of underwriting and claims, as well as reinsurance. Additionally, he offers advice to real estate developers and hoteliers, and real estate complexes.

His role extends to serving as Director and Syndic for various Argentine and multinational companies, and he acts as the legal representative of foreign entities.
